Additional processings
Domoplast delivers world-class manufacturing processes coupled with complete part decoration and finishing that is part of our value-added services. Many of these post-moulding operations are automated and integrated into the manufacturing cell.
We integrate verification systems into the assembly and standardized work to ensure you receive the highest quality product. The finishing processings are carried out in-house or outsourced if necessary to local toolmakers where we can keep close controls on the process.
Our extensive part decoration capabilities include value added services such as:
- Tampograph printing;
- Silk screen printing;
- Injection moulding with Gas system;
- Ultrasonic welding;
The Domoplast component resuming department is also in charge of other additional processings requested such as turning, thread and drilling operations.
